The 1:1 Slow Down Sessions offer calm, supportive space to pause and reset. There’s no pressure to talk, perform or “do it right”. Just time to breathe, rest and be with yourself, at a pace that feels manageable.
This work is rooted in the nervous system nourishment and in everyday, real-life stress management. It’s practical, grounding and designed for people who carry a lot and don’t often get the chance to stop and check in with how they’re really feeling.
These sessions are for when you need space that’s just for you
When you’ve been running on empty for a long time, one session can feel nice in the moment but real change often needs a little more space. Your nervous system learns patterns over years. Softening those patterns takes time, repetition and gentle support.
That’s why my 1:1 work is centred around a 4-week journey. It gives your body and mind the chance to actually settle, rather than just briefly switching off.
A gentle 4-week reset for your nervous system
If you’re tired of pushing through, holding everything together, and not really getting the space to land, these sessions were designed for you. Over four sessions, we work together in a calm, supportive way to help your nervous system unwind and find a steadier rhythm again. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about giving your body the conditions it needs to soften, settle and feel safer over time.
Week one
We begin by laying the groundwork, focusing on grounding practices and guided meditation to help you notice stress patterns and early signs of overload.
Week two
Gentle movement to help release held tension and support the body in feeling safer and more settled.
Week three
Hands-on bodywork and massage, alongside simple self-massage techniques you can use between sessions.
Week four
Sound and energy work to help the nervous system reset and bring the journey together in a calm, supportive way.
Your nervous system has been shaped over years by the pace you live at and the ways you’ve learned to cope. The way we respond to stress isn’t random, it’s learned. Gently shifting those patterns takes time, repetition and intention, which is why this work is offered as a 4-week journey rather than a one-off session.

Our one-off 1:1 sessions are there for moments when life feels particularly full, or when you want to dip your toe into this way of working. It’s a place to step out of the noise, soften your nervous system and feel more at ease in your body. Some people come feeling burnt out or anxious, others feeling disconnected, overwhelmed or simply in need of rest. There’s no one reason you need to be here.
These sessions are shaped around what you need in that moment. Sometimes that looks like stillness and quiet. Other times it might involve gentle movement, sound, grounding or hands-on support. We follow what feels supportive rather than forcing a set structure.

Shared spaces to slow down, together
Alongside 1:1 work, I also offer group sound and wellbeing sessions. Our group sessions can be a really supportive way to experience this work in a more relaxed, low-commitment way. You might come along because you’re curious, because you want to build small moments of rest into your routine, or simply because it feels easier to arrive in a shared space sometimes.
Each session is gently held and designed to help you step out of your head for a while, settle your nervous system, and leave feeling a little more grounded than when you arrived.
