Group sound baths

A deeply relaxing group experience using sound to support rest and nervous system regulation. These sessions invite people to slow their breathing, settle into their bodies and fully switch off for a while. Group sound baths are best when lying down but session can be adapted to seated. They work beautifully in communal spaces, offering a shared moment of calm that feels grounding and restorative.

Gentle, accessible sessions focused on calming the mind and body. These are especially supportive for stress, mental fatigue and overwhelm, and are suitable for complete beginners. Each session is guided in a clear, reassuring way, helping participants feel supported without being put on the spot and can be completed sitting or lying down.
